Effects doesn´t work, please help!

I Have installed the effect plug-ins and even the file who does the effects aviable, but it still doesn`t work! what have i did wrong ? please help me!

Exactly what did you do?

When you do everything right, you still need to restart Audacity before the effects become available.

All the effects even the plug-ins LADSPA-program. I have download the VSP enabler and it still doesnt work. I have Windows XP and Audacity 1.2.6

Ladspa plug-ins do not require the VST enabler, so you can safely remove that.

To install the LADSPA plug-ins, make sure that you have downloaded the Windows version (ladspa-0.4.15.exe) from this page: http://audacityteam.org/download/plugins

This is an installation file which you must run to install the effects.

Now it works, i didn't understand how to use it first, but it works as i shall, Thanks alot for your help!
