Someone showed me a cool feature where I can fit more tracks in my window view by clicking "View" --> "Fit Vertically". The problem is, now I cannot find a way to access the mute/unmute features. I have one track on solo and can't hear the other tracks at the moment. I can't get the view back in the original view either. What's the solution to this problem?
Thanks!

Each track is a graphic and you can grab the bottom of the track with your mouse and pull down to make more room.

Re: Muting / Unmuting
Also, dig in the Audacity Preferences > Keyboard for a shortcut key. I didn't find one for "mute," but I didn't look very hard. I found one for Mute-All, but that's not what you want.

Re: Muting / Unmuting
In Audacity 1.3.x there is an option to "collapse" tracks. This minimises the height of the tracks so that you can fit more in the window, but you can open them back up to normal with a single click below the track name.
Audacity 1.3 is now very close to being released as a "stable" version and I would recommend upgrading to it.
