audacity recording vs flv conversion

Hi all,
I recorded the audio of a Youtube video using Audacity, and compared it to the audio extraction of the flv (using FormatFactory), both converted to mp3, and I can't tell the difference, using the naked ear. Also..... both files are the same size.
