Where did blue waves go?

Where did blue waves go?

I am very new to this. I downloaded some music and cut and pasted getting ready to add sound effect and I don't know what I clicked but i cant find the blue waves or anything. I don't know where it all went?

Vew > Toolbars.

But what you probably did was close the project. Audacity has the annoying habit of closing everything when you do that.

File > Open > something... and it will all come back.
