Hi, I have just written 2 similar posts, because when I click "post message", I am being asked to log in again. This has now happened for the third time, and I am hoping that my "new topic" has been safely sent. Many thanks, Roy Windmill

Hi Steve, sorry for my ignorance, but how do I enable cookies? I have to email from the local library, does this make it more difficult? Thanks Roy
Re: posts
It depends on how they have set up the computers.
Do they have several computers? If so, have you tried on different ones and do you get logged out after posting on all of them? If so, then they have probably set them up to not accept cookies. This is not uncommon on public computers as cookies can raise some privacy issues if all cookies are allowed unconditionally. What they should do is to block third party cookies and set the web browser to clear it's cache when the browser is closed, but the lazy way is to just block all cookies. If they have blocked all cookies, then the forum software will need to confirm your identity by asking you to log in again after making a post, and there's probably nothing you can do about it.
The good news is that your posts are getting through OK, so it's just a bit of an inconvenience and not a show stopper.

Re: posts
HI Steve, Thanks for your help. As you say, I am getting through, even though it sometimes means writing my email 3 or 4 times. But I'll keep trying and hope luck is on my side. Roy
