Recording Using Multiple Mics

My friends and I are using Audacity to record a podcast. Does Audacity support multiple mics?
Not like you want it to, no. Audacity supports one Sound Device at a time. People want it to record from two USB microphones at the same time and it won't do that.
It's a really big step between a one microphone show and two. This is the place you need to invest in a mixer, headphones, some sort of interface, etc.

You missed a step. You're supposed to say, "multiple microphones and interview somebody on Skype."
