Hey all I was wondering what effect or how Can I make this acapella and this instrumental track sound like there one song? I have did all the editing to the vocal tracks that i require but the finished product sounds some what off still like its just an acapella playing over the track, like that the acapella isn't one with the track isn't part of the track. Here is the project if you want to listen to it
http://www19.zippyshare.com/v/29658542/file.html the mashup part starts at around 3:30, thank in advance for help

The track I heard sounded fine up until it became obvious the vocal was drifting out of sync. If you were compulsive, you could go in to the spaces between words and add or take away "air" until everything matches. You win one big battle right away. You have separate tracks. Most people post that they want to take the singer out of the mixed song, manipulate her and then put her back.
So not going to happen.
I am reminded of a very old editor I used to use that had the talent of making the song fit by just giving it beginning and end points -- have a happy day. It would force everything to fit. You might be able to do something like that manually with the Change tools; Change Tempo, Change Speed, Change Pitch.
It rapidly turns into a bookkeeping activity. If the vocal ends the song 2.5 seconds too long, what's the percentage change needed and which track needs to shift in which direction?
Now that I've given you the bright, shining light, here comes the cold water.
-- This rarely works with highly compressed, downloaded tracks. It works pretty well with top quality, large WAV files that you recorded standing in front of the singer.
-- Since Audacity 1.2 is obsolete and no longer supported, I so would be using Audacity 1.3.
-- The Change tools are not perfect and they tend to interact. "How come I changed the pitch and the show got longer?"
-- Audacity works uncompressed inside, so if you're going to run out of memory, processor, or hard drive, this is the time. Figure 700MB per hour per stereo track. Double that for Effects and UNDO. So given you have two stereo tracks, the requirements could be over 2000MB per hour of finished show. Nothing like the 30MB that the original compressed sound files were.
