mp3 export error...need .dll file!!!

mp3 export error...need .dll file!!!
i try to export to an mp3, then i get an error message saying i need to locate the lame_enc.dll file. i downloaded the software from the LAME webpage but i have no idea what to do. does anyone have any suggestions?

Do you have your computer set to show you file extensions?

So you have the zip file, right--the one you downloaded?
What happens if you just double cllck on it? Does it start opening up into another file or folder?
