Audacity Forum

I have seen a few other posts on problems with Vista. I'll be in the middle of recording and get a pop-up that says 'Audacity.exe has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.'
I just shuts down & I lose whatever I was working on. It has done it consistently every few minutes. Help ? Any ideas or similar problems?

Thank you for the Wiki info. My settings were OK. I tried running the program 'As Administrator' and that seems to have resolved the problem.
