In the previous version of Audacity that I used to use, I could input specific start and stop times to define a selection. However, it had to be reinstalled due to resetting the computer, and now I do not see any place where I can input these times.
Is there any way I can bring it up or input times? I'm currently using 1.2.6.

AFAIK you can't do this in 1.2.x - it was a new feature/toolbar that was introduced in 1.3.x
