Audacity can't play any music, all kinds of solutions failed

3300th topic!
Audacity can't play anything, after all of these:
1. Recording a sound, then playing it.
2. Opening a wave file, then playing it.
3. Opening a music file, then playing it.
4. Set the Audio I/O to all different kinds of options available, but still can't play.
5. Reinstalled my audio driver to the latest, can play music on Youtube, and games, yet Audacity can't play anything.
6. Reinstalled Audacity Stable, didn't work.
7. Switched to Unstable version, still didn't work.
8. Reverted back, still the same.
9. Changed the sound settings in the Control Panel, still didn't work.
10. Configure the speakers to all available options, yet it didn't work.
11. Switched to a different driver, instead of Audacity, everything can't play, so I failed on this one. Did reverted back.
12. Did a system restore. Still not working.
13. Checked the plugins, but I'm not sure what plugins am I missing from the stable ones
I'm using:
Acer Aspire 5720-4126
Windows Vista Home Premium, Genuine. (Windows Updated to the latest)
Realtek High Definition Audio Device. (latest)
2 GB DDR2 RAM
160 GB Hard Drive
Is there something I'm doing it wrong, is it just me, or Audacity is broken somewhere...? (I doubt the last one, but it's getting on my nerves.)
