Hello,
I recently Installed Audacity on my computer. It records from my tape player and plays the song back on Audacity. However when I export to Wav or MP3, the song doesn't play back in the media player nor Itunes. It shows the song I recorded and has the counter, but it is completely Mute.
What do I do?

What format are you Exporting the recording as?
Is the format supported by your media player?

WAV or MP3. And yes, ITunes and Windows does support WAV and MP3 files.

Make sure that you export as 16 bit 44.1kHz and then try to play them.

44.1kHz 16-bit PCM Stereo WAVs exported from Audacity certainly load and play in my iTunes libraries and on both my iPods.
