Recording question

Hey is there a way to record something from you computer to Audacity without needing the mic so its good quality?

I'm not sure. I don't have vista and most of the sound capture work is on a Mac. We'll need to wait for one of the Windows helpers to drop by.

I'm a Windows Helper Elf - but I am an XP user (I avoided Vista on my latest laptop and insisted that Dell supply me with Winws XP-PRO instead).
