Audacity Forum

I have been using Audacity for about 6 mos at work and home (and I love it). I recently purchase a new laptop and I am unable to run the program. I have tried uninstalling, so that I can reinstall and try again. When I try to uninstall I get a message that states: "you need permission to perform this action" and I am unable to take any action. Does anyone have any ideas? I am running window/Vista

To uninstall programs on Vista you need to be logged in as an administrator.
