How do I create tracks (track 1, track 2...)

I want to create a CD where the user can go to different tracks by pressing FFWD to get to track 1, track 2, etcetera.
Put a label (Control-B) at the beginning of each song you want to appear as a separate performance. When you're finished, File > Export Multiple.
