I don't really know where this goes.. But when I try to download the Lame encoder from the Lame Download Page it gives me a 403-Forbidden.. Does that happen to anyone else?

The same thing happened to me yesterday. I had a version from before. If you are using the 1.3.8 beta, it seems that it wants a newer version of the encoder than was previously used. Check the 1.3.x forum for download/install issues and you may find more.
