A line of sound saves on the exported wav

I have been trying to figure out how to export my edits just as I see them. For some reason there hangs a tail of no sound on my exported file. What the heck is that?

We go figure. I downloaded 1.3 and that solved the problem. I have been trying to fix a problem in an earlier audacity?
