I have been over and over the help/wiki, and searched here but cannot find an answer so I'll ask.
I know I can select two tracks in their entirety but:
How can I select a section of TWO stereo tracks simultaneously? I need to remove a few seconds of two stereo tracks but I need to do it EXACTLY the same on both tracks so I want to be able to select a bit on both Track 1 and 2 at the same time and then cut that small bit out. Can this be done? I have tried SHIFT and CTRL etc and while I can get the line through both tracks but I cannot Click and drag a selection this way...
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
Doug

Re: selecting and editing TWO tracks at once?
I believe Audacity 1.3 will do that.
You can install both versions as long as you only use one at a time.
Audacity 1.3 projects will not open up in 1.2
