I have a song that my band recorded with a very good mp3 recorder.
But the problem is that the voice part is very soft compared to the guitar and drums.
I'm wondering if there's any way to make the voice louder and drums softer?

Useful infos: We can't go and record again since we're not in the same place anymore.
I am new to audacity so please use simple and concise answer in your reply.
And the song is in one file.
We did not record each instruments individually.

So that's the death sentence right there. If it was multi-track, or a stereo multi-miked show with mixer and pan pots, you'd have a fighting chance, but you can't undo this.

Vocal Removal or Vocal Isolation only work on stereo shows and even then there is a long list of problems.

As Koz has said, your options with a single mixed track are limited, however you may find that if you apply a high degree of compression (around 20:1) at a threshold of around 14 dB with a 3 dB knee radius (see the "SC4" studio compressor plug-in for Audacity) that the drums do not dominate as much. You will probably need to apply some Equalization after using that amount of compression.
