No option to export as .wav

I am running Audacity on Windows XP SP3

I was able to easily record a bunch of tapes as audacity projects and export them as multiple mp3s. However there are some I also want to archive in WAV format, but I have no option for that in my File menu or in the "Export Multiple..." dialog. I have spent the last 1/2 hour searching here and on the web in general, but I can't figure out why I don't have the option.

Here are all the export options I have in my File menu:
Export as FLAC...
Export selection as FLAC...
Export as mp3...
Export selection as mp3...
Export as Ogg Vorbis...
Export selection as Ogg Vorbis...
Export Labels...
Export Multiple...

When I select "Export Multiple..." I only get the options for FLAC, mp3 and Ogg Vorbis.

Anyone know how I can get the option to export to WAV?

You should have the option in the Export Multiple dialogue screen.

Yes, I know I should see a WAV option in the "Export Multiple..." dialog box, but as I wrote above, I only get mp3, FLAC and Ogg Vorbis.

No, I've never seen that before.
Exactly which version of Audacity are you using? (Look in "Help > About Audacity")

Wow, I've never seen that before.

Have a go with Audacity 1.3.7 and see if it is fixed there. (Ignore the stuff on the website about Audacity 1.3 being the experimental version - it is probably more stable than the 1.2 version these days and is just a couple of steps away from the release of Audacity 2.0 (which will be the new stable version to replace 1.2.6).

Just to close this out, I installed Audacity 1.3.8 and that fixed my problem. I am now able to export to WAV. Thanks!
