403 Forbidden message

I have tried both links ( http://lame.buanzo.com.ar/Lame_v3.98.2_ ... indows.exe and http://lame.buanzo.com.ar/lame_enc.dll) to download lame for audacity stable 1.26 version and I always get a "403 Forbidden" message. Does anyone know how to get around this? I've tried using firefox and internet explorer and get the same message each time.

Assuming that you are using Windows, use the first link (the .exe file)
The link is working - I've just tried it. Perhaps there was a problem with the server when you tried.
If you still can not get it then you may need to download it on someone else's computer on a disk or memory stick.

Don't right-click, if you are doing so. Internet Explorer will give this error because it does not set HTTP Referrers on right-click. Firefox may also do so under certain privacy settings, or with extensions that change these. Also firewalls may have "private browsing" functions that block Referrers globally. You can also get LAME here without security restrictions.
