File wont save as WAV

Im new to this, i think im catching on fast but for some reason im having trouble saving the file as a wav. Theres no option for it in the drop down box. Only audacity projects (*aup) theres also an option for export as wav. maybe im just confused.

Save only Saves projects - you need the Export command to make non-Audacity project format such as WAV MP3 etc. If you have multiple tracks you will want to use a label track and the use Export Multiple.
