I REALLY want to know how to slow down and speed up mp3's but not by using Effect - Change Speed.
But is there any other effect that does the same thing but instead of instantly changing speed, can Audacity slow the mp3 little by little, to make it sound like it's messing up or something?

Audacity is a free, community maintained project. Unless you become skilled in using Audacity and sit for 24 hours a day answering all of the forum questions you can expect that there may be a little bit of waiting before someone sends a reply.
