seperating lp tracks

boy this is gettimng complicated .....last 4 me.....anyway..i seperated files from an lp....they are usually listed in my documents after the data tunes for these songs...which they e in my documents however if i go my documents thou-
gh audacity they arent there only the data files are listed.looking though my computer i did find parts of them listed
as 00000e 00004 etc files..when i seperate these files i do it by playing a tune stop it and name it...this is how i]
do it with success no fuss no muss.i looked tyhough the avaiable manuels but i couldent find any info about how to
export these files...
