Spam, Unsubscribe

Hello,
I've just been spammed by http://sourceradix.com/m/20090318.html and would like to unsubscribe. Sorry if I've been obtuse but I can't seem to find an 'unsubscribe' link. Any help would be appreciated.

We've had quite a pile of bogus subscribers posting stuff on the board. I personally killed off 8 different accounts in the last hour.

Just killed a couple as well.
Spamming the PMs is a new twist, if it continues we'll have to get admin to put in a block against it.
It is advisable not to register on any forums with an important e-mail address - use a "disposable" address (for example a free hotmail address). You can change your profile information by clicking on the "User Control Panel" link at the top of the page.
