Using Audacity for Time Delay?

Hi! I'd like to be able to feed a radio broadcast as input into Audacity, then play it back continuously with a delay of x seconds (0 < x < 20). (This would be to synchronize a radio broadcast of a sports event with the picture on my satellite TV - there is usually a delay of around 8-10 seconds on the TV picture.) Anybody got any thoughts as to whether and how this might be done? The software part, that is -- I think I can do the hardware part.

Richmond Sound Design claims to have a PC package that will do that.

The demo package is stereo only and it's free.

Satellite delay amounts to about 2/3 of a second. It's 1/3 up and 1/3 down exclusive of any additional processing and routing delays--and it changes slightly with the position of the satellite.

Yeah, you'll have to find a different piece of software, Audacity won't do that.

Well, I found a little freeware program that does just what I wanted. It's called Radiodelay and it's at http://www.daansystems.com/freestuff/ in case anyone else wanted to do this. As Gilda Radner would have said, "Never mind." Thanks anyway! And I still like Audacity!
