rebuild audio from data AU files?

Hi- is it possible to take the AU files in the "filename_Data" folder and rebuild an audio file or project? The audio and project files are corrupt but there are a ton of these data files. I can open them individually - is it possible to "quickly" and "automatically" piece the original back together?

There didn't use to be, but so many people nailed themselves to the floor that the tools got better.
