Mp3 and itunes

ok i just exported my mp3 to Lamelib and now i want to put in my itunes is there anyway i can do that?
Once you have created an MP3 file you can import it into your iTunes library with File/Add File To Library - iTunes will then ask you where that file is - or if you have a folder full of MP3s you can use the File/Add Folder to Library.
BTW: The Help files that come with iTunes are extensive and extremely helpful.
