Advice, please? Writing teaching pack, includes Audacity

Hi
I'm a long-time user and fan of Audacity but a newbie on the forum.
I am currently writing a set of cross-curricular teaching materials (maths/music) for use in the classroom, and my project involves the use of Audacity. I've written two documents, one of which is a very basic introduction to using the software (for teachers and pupils), and the other is some brief information about the license, etc.
I would really appreciate it if anyone has the time to look over these and let me know what you think.

With the intro, I took some of the images used in the online user's manual. I'm assuming this is ok, to save me having to take my own screenshots? Also, I'm not sure if I've explained the GNU and distribution stuff properly? I'm not very familiar with free software licensing and terminology.
Thanks in advance!
