Help with .ogg file type

I have an audio file from an online radio show. The archive was available to download, but it is all in one track.
What I want to do is use audacity to split the show into separate tracks, but there is a problem.
Whenever I load it onto audacity there is no audio, just a blank track.
It is an Ogg Voribs file.
Can anyone tell me something I might be doing wrong?
If you need more information I can look it up.

Give us a link to the archive and I'll take a look tomorrow.

Its not up anymore

It was the final show, and the only one available to download..

Have you tried listening to this "silence"? It might actually have the audio in it at a level that's too low to view at the default display settings. Seems unlikely, but it's possible. Was the show unusually quiet compared to other audio clips?
Failing that, see if you can upload the show somewhere else for us to take a look at. Perhaps someone else can suggest a site that allows you to "send" larger files.

There IS no audio.
It won't even play in audacity, but I can still play it in Winamp.
I will try and find a website to upload it to.
There are 2 parts, one is way smaller (there was a disconnection during the show)
I can upload the smaller one.
