Nope, it's a con. Due to Audacity's open source licence I've seen it tweaked and renamed before being sold (which is also rather shoddy IMHO), but this is the first time I've seen anyone have the balls to charge for downloading the official version of Audacity.

Further down the page it even states "Note to eBay: This item is public domain software licenced as either freeware or under the GNU open source licence".
