recordplayer Lenco 3866

Goodmorning,

I have bought a recordplayer Lenco 3866, but I don´t get any musik out of the player.
I just telephoned with Lenco en did some changes on my computer, but still I don´t get any sound of
my player. Do you know what I can do?
All the pluggs are right inplugged. I had the softwaren installed.

Please I hope you can help me!.
