"complete user's manual"

How do I print off a copy of the Manual? It appears to be incomplete, though the images seem to all be there.

I downloaded the manual, unzipped it, and clicked on index.html. The manual opens just fine, but the links to all the images are broken. I can't see any of the images. Can you help me out here? Thanks.

If you are on Windows, you may not have actually unzipped it. Just opening the file with Windows does not unzip the whole thing, therefore links will be broken. Try using WinZip or IZArc to unzip it to a new folder, then it will work. (IZArc is similar to WinZip, but it's free).
