Hello!
I've got Audacity with Ubuntu 8,04. I want to know if I can make a mp3 file with Subliminal messages.
I mean I would like to listen new age music with "hidden" messages, like "I love myself" etc.
Can anybody help me? Thanks a lot
Big hug

Re: Subliminal messages
The best version of this I ever heard was someone who layered several carefully coordinated sound performances one on top of the other and then played them all at once. It was very entertaining but had one critical shortcoming for the general population. You couldn't be a modern man or woman and listen to it. You couldn't be doing four other things and still make any sense of it; it took your whole head because there were already four or five things going on inside the show. It used you up. It drove some people crazy and it drive everybody crazy if you listened to it long enough.
Anyway, what it did was stick to your head and you could play it back in your memory and peel back the layers to reveal hidden and deeper messages. Doesn't that sound like what you want?
I wish I could remember the artist.
Every time you start a new Audacity performance without restarting Audacity, it will begin at the beginning on a new timeline. If you listen to the old show while you're recording the new one, you can pile several recordings into the show all at once.
There is a setting in Audacity Preferences to play existing tracks while you record a new one.

Re: Subliminal messages
Hello
Thanks for your answer and opinion..
Well, subliminal messages are not dangerous if you know how to use them. Thatś why I want to create mines.
I don't understand this

Could you or anybody explain me "Step by Step" how to record a subliminal message with Audacity?
Thanks a lot
