Zedi 10 mixer only showing 2 channels

I was using Audacity 2.1.1 and just updated to 2.1.2 to try and fix the issue of only seeing 2 channels available for this new mixer. The Zedi 10 is a 4x4 USB mixer. I understand that Audacity is only capable of 2 channels for output, but I thought that it was capable of more for input. I installed the drivers from Allen & Heath (the manufacturer). My computer shows the device and states that it is operating with 4 channels in and 4 channels out. Audacity sees the device, but only allows for two channels.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You are unlikely to get four channels of simultaneous input unless you compile Audacity with ASIO support. See https://github.com/audacity/audacity/blob/master/win/compile.txt.

It is possible if you choose the Windows WASAPI host in Device Toolbar (or obtain Audacity 2.0.4 from http://www.oldfoss.com/Audacity.html and choose the Windows WDM-KS host) that you may get four channels.

Oldfoss may be down for a while. There is also a small chance that your computer could crash if you obtain 2.0.4 and your built-in sound device is not fully compatible with WDM-KS.
