Won't record sounds. Only records vocal. ??

I am wanting to produce some sound tracks. e.g. rolling dice
I was able to do this on a former version of Audacity. I am unable to do this now.
I will say that I have recently went from a Windows 10 to a Windows 11 computer.

That is what I’m trying to find out.
I want to capture sounds other than my voice using my Blue Yeti or a podcast board with its condenser mic.
All sounds other than voice are being quieted by Windows 11.

When recording from a microphone, Audacity records whatever sounds are picked up by the microphone.

Maybe [u]Windows “Enhancements”[/u] need to be turned off?

Do you have the Yeti selected as your Recording Device in the Device Toobar ?
