Hi,
Will the ‘LePoulin Lextac amp VST plug-in’ work in Audacity?

I’ve copied the file (LeXtac.dll) to my Audacity Plug-in folder, at:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Audacity\Plug-Ins

I opened the Audacity ‘Effects’ folder, and ‘LeXtac’ is now listed as a ‘New’ available effect.
I selected ‘LeXtac’ and clicked [Enable] and ‘New’ changed to ‘Enabled’

Then I clicked [OK] but then a popup said:
Effects or command at C:\Program Files (x86)\Audacity\Plug-Ins\LeXtac.dll failed to register:
Could not load the library

That’s saying that the effect is not compatible with Audacity.

Did you use the 32-bit version? Audacity on Windows is currently 32-bit, so plug-ins must also be 32-bit.

32-bit version works in Audacity 2.3.2. on Windows …
