Will Audacity do this...?

I record at a small venue…the recording guy gives me a flash drive with one long file containing the gig…usually about 20-30 songs…
My job is to separate out all the songs…compress them…make them sound better…etc…
I do this by opening the file…and find all the entry and exit points of each track and save it as a separate file…01 Track …02 Track etc…
I understand that some DAW’s you can “mark” the points…label them than when you save the file the DAW will break all the files out and save them in order…identified as 01 Track…02 track etc…

Does anyone know if Audacity does this…???..if so can someone explain to me how to do it…

If Audacity cannot do this…does anyone an easy to use DAW that CAN do this…
I’m trying to find something that will reduce my time working on these files…
I do 2-3 files per week…the files average around 1.6 Gb each in WAV format…
Thanks in advance…
Steve
