Why is Audacity not allow me to use Ambience for not being a valid win32 application?

I was able to use Ambience in Audacity for a while with no problems, but a couple of months ago it stopped loading. I’m really confused as to how this happened, but I’ve updated Audacity to the latest version, and deleted and reinstalled the file. However, it still states in the developer log that Ambience is not a valid Win32 application when it is! I downloaded the plugin from its trusted website http://magnus.smartelectronix.com/#Ambience and I have no idea why Audacity won’t load in the plugin :frowning: please help me out, I have no real idea what I’m doing

If you’re running the new 64-bit version of Audacity 32-bit plug-ins won’t work.

You can get the latest version of Audacity [v3.2.1], but in 32-bit … https://www.fosshub.com/Audacity-old.html
then you can keep using the 32-bit plugins.
