Where did batch convert go?

I wanted to start a batch convert (MP3 → OGG) but the menu for it has gone! I can’t find it. I googled 'n stuff but I can’t explain where it is
Where did it go?

macOS Mojave 10.14.5 (18F132)
Audacity 2.3.0

Audcaity “chains” (for batch processing) is now Macros.
