When i record, sound only comes out of the left headphone!?

when i record my audio through my microphone and then i play it, it only comes out of the left headphone. is it my microphone? when i import audio from my computer, it comes out of both headphones but when i record, it doesnt. how can i do this?

please help thanks.

Edit menu > Preferences > Devices tab.
Set Recording channels to “1 (mono)”

Does that work?

i had the same problem…but now the sound is coming on both the sides…thanks for the help… :wink:
