What's wrong with this vst?

I’ve tried nearly everything in order for this vst to SHOW UP on audacity…help???

its a vocal tweak. i’ve tried going to preferences and checking the box–UGH. it just wont workk.
and im positive i already installed it under aaudacity plugins. ive made a folder with it, didnt work, i took out the folder, didnt work.

If you are still unable to get it working, then perhaps it is just not compatible with Audacity.
