I’m using the change pitch effect, but it completely removes the last little chunk. It also moves the edited section by a fraction of a second. Is this a new bug? When I upgraded to my current laptop, I downloaded the newest version and it wasn’t doing it on my previous laptop with an older version (don’t remember what version it was unfortunately).
Also seems to have a visual glitch where the white extends past the right side.

Is there sound after the “end of the waveform”?
There is no sound at the end of the waveform. Completely cuts out until the next waveform.
I can’t reproduce this with Audacity 3.7.8 on a Macbook Pro.
You could try resetting the Audacity configuration:
Didn’t change anything. Also when I attempt to change pitch in a middle of a section, it sometime says “not enough space”.
Before pitch change, everything is aligned.
After, it generates silence at the end and shifts to right slightly, albeit barely noticeably.

Well, “upgrade”. The software is basically the same, just some hardware changes. Which is why I’m not sure why it’s doing this thing.
