Waveform rendering - minor quirk

This is just a minor quirk I noticed in the rendering of the waveforms. I’m doing a simple stereo capture of cassette tapes, so I’m paying attention to noise in the process. I noticed that in a generally quiet section of track where both L/R channels are generally quiet, the left channel (top waveform) is rendering as a slightly thicker line than the right channel. I initially thought there must be a little more noise on that channel but couldn’t get it to reduce. I finally realized it’s just a quirk in the rendering. If I do a “swap stereo channels,”, it’s still the top channel that renders a little thicker! So it’s always that top channel! (Or maybe it’s the bottom channel rendering as thinner. Who knows which one is actually correct!). It also doesn’t matter if I move the window around on the screen or change the zoom level. Just a quirk, if there is anything to look into there. I just wanted to bring it to your attention. I think the attached screenshot might not show it as visibly as I’m seeing it on my screen. I’m on an iMac (MacOS), with M4 series processor.

I attached a screenshot of a point at the end of a lecture that shows it pretty well. I see it all through the track. Unfortunately I can’t add the before and after swap screenshot. (As a new user I can’t add 2 attachments!). But when I do a swap L/R channel, that rendering of the quiet section looks identical to the above. And that applause section looks slightly different - indicating that the swap L/R actually occurred.
