Waveform dB scale in Audacity 2.3.3 but not in 3.1.3

In Audacity version 2.3.3 I can choose Waveform dB as vertical scale on audio tracks, but not in Audacity 3.1.3. Why is that?
(I am on Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS)

In Audcaity 3.x.x. right mouse click on the vertical scale for dB option …
