My son was using Audacity for school. It worked fine until we upgraded to Windows 10 Pro from Win 7. We can’t get the microphone or headset to work. I’ve changed the different choices for each but don’t know what they mean to know anything. Any help from anyone?
I do know that the motherboard is too old to update drivers for the sound card for win 10.
Perhaps you need to give Audacity permission to use the sound card.
