Voice and audio recording at same time NOTHING works

I am new and I am NOT Technical everything about recording voice and music background at same time on google is wrong and none of the options it says to use are there same with this forum now what i am desperate

Lay down a music track and go from there, or else go stereo… purchase an audio mixer or a digital recorder that lets you plug in multiple mics and record individual audio tracks.
