Version 2.3.3 FLAC and mp3 files cause crash

Hi all,

I’m using Audacity 2.3.3 on a Windows 10, version 1909 machine.

I have a frustrating problem importing FLAC and mp3 files.
I get a zip file containing FLAC audio files and unzip it to a folder.
When I drag and drop files into Audacity, the files load to approximately 75% and then Audacity crashes to desktop.
I sent the same zip file to my sister and she has no problem unzipping and importing the files into her copy of Audacity 2.3.3.

Is there a setting or plug-in I need to download to fix this problem?

No. Support for FLAC and MP3 are built into Audacity 2.3.3.

How many files?
How big are the files?
