I got a link in Forum to update 2.0.5 to 3.0.0 but it did not download. The download arrow at the top right showed it was completed, but I still seem to have 2.0.5.
After you download [u]Audacity Windows Installer[/u] (audacity-win-3.0.0.exe) you need to RUN the exe file to install it.
