I have a MacOSX Catalina 10.15.3 with Audacity 2.3.2. I am confused with some of the posts about updating. All I wish to know is, do I need to uninstall version 2.3.2 before installing version 2.3.3 or does the later version just update the new version please?
Problem solved. I uninstalled 2.3.2 and then installed 2.3.3 afterwards.
Are you able to record from your computer using Audacity 2.3.3 without Soundflower or some similar add-on? That’s been the big problem with Catalina.
